Zusammenfassung

OHB SE in Bremen seeks an aerospace engineer with AOCS/GNC expertise to perform unit-, subsystem-, and system-level tests on spacecraft buses and modules.

You will support procurement, verification/validation, and technical documentation, contributing to satellite projects and proposals within international teams. A doctoral or engineering degree and 2–5 years of space experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering, doctoral degree or comparable qualification in aerospace or related fields.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in AOCS/GNC or space systems is desirable.
• Experience in the space business, especially with AOCS/GNC equipment, verification and validation is a plus.
• Strong Matlab knowledge and C programming language.
• Experience with Python and scripting languages is a plus.
• Experience with development boards and microcontrollers (Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
• Experience with Version Control Systems (Subversion, Git).
• High motivation, proactive involvement and willingness to learn.
• Excellent conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in international teams.

Your Qualifications

• Engineering, doctoral degree or comparable qualification in aerospace engineering, mechatronics engineering, electronics engineering or similar
• Professional experience of at least 2-5 years
• Experience in the space business, especially with AOCS/GNC equipment, verification and validation processes is a plus
• Good knowledge of Matlab and C programming language.
• Experience with Python and/or scripting languages is a plus.
• Experience with development boards and microcontrollers (e.g.: Arduino, Raspberry Pi) is a plus
• Experience with Version Control Systems (Subversion, Git) is a plus
• High motivation and proactive involvement
