TXT PACE, part of TXT Group, is seeking an AOCS/GNC Engineer to contribute to the development of advanced Space projects.

You will design, develop and verify Attitude and Orbit Control Systems and Guidance, Navigation and Control subsystems, supporting satellites from kickoff to customer acceptance.The role requires a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering, 2+ years in Space, strong estimation and control theory, and proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink; English is essential, German a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Space sector, focusing on AOCS/GNC subsystems and software.
• Strong knowledge of estimation and control theory.
• Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink or comparable tool suites.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus.

TXT PACE is looking for an AOCS/GNC Engineer to join its team and contribute to the development of advanced projects in the Space sector. The successful candidate will be involved in the design, development and verification of Attitude and Orbit Control Systems (AOCS) and Guidance, Navigation and Control (GNC) subsystems, supporting satellite projects throughout their different phases, from project kick-off through to customer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and development of AOCS/GNC subsystems;
• Design, development and verification of AOCS/GNC algorithms and software;
• Execution of AOCS/GNC analysis and simulation campaigns;
• Development of AOCS/GNC analysis and simulation tools;

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or an equivalent qualification;
• At least 2 years of experience in the Space sector, particularly in AOCS/GNC subsystems and software;

• Good knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink or comparable tool suites;
• Excellent written and spoken English;
• Written and spoken German is considered a plus.

Employment Terms

• Contract type: Permanent German employment contract;
• Gross annual salary: €55,000 – €65,000;
• Full-time;
• Hybrid working model (based in Germany);
• The final employment terms and classification will be defined during the selection process based on the selected candidate’s profile and in accordance with IG Metall.
