Job summary

AUMOVIO SE Haupverwaltung sucht eine Rechts- und Compliance-Fachkraft zur Weiterentwicklung des globalen Antitrust-Compliance-Programms. Sie arbeiten eng mit Regionen zusammen, gestalten Richtlinien mit und steuern globale Initiativen.

Zudem entwickeln Sie Schulungen und unterstützen interne Kontrollen. Vorausgesetzt wird ein juristischer Abschluss, internationale Erfahrung, exzellente MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Business-Englisch.

Qualifications

• Akademischer Abschluss in Rechtswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Berufserfahrung im Kartellrecht/Compliance in einem internationalen Unternehmen, Anwaltskanzlei oder Wirtschaftsprüfung.
• Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse.
• Geschäftsenglisch in Wort und Schrift; Deutsch und weitere Sprachen bevorzugt.
• Ausgeprägte mündliche/schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten; Teamplayer.
• Ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompetenz und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.

Responsibilities

• Aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung des Antitrust-Compliance-Programms.
• Verbesserung der globalen Antitrust-Risikobewertung; Ansprechpartner für Stakeholder.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Regionen als zentrale Funktion.
• Entwurf, Prüfung und Aktualisierung von Antitrust-Regeln, Richtlinien und Maßnahmen.
• Leitung Rollouts globaler Antitrust-Initiativen.
• Entwicklung und Bereitstellung von Antitrust-Schulungen.
• Mitwirkung an weiteren Maßnahmen wie internen Kontrollen und Monitoring.
• Unterstützung bei externen Audits des Compliance-Programms.

Job Description

• Taking an active role in enhancing and continuously improving the efficiency of our antitrust compliance program including use of digitalization and AI
• Continuously improving the global antitrust risk assessment, be a point of contact for questions from all stakeholders
• As a central function, close collaboration with regions
• Drafting, reviewing and updating antitrust rules, guidelines and mitigation measures
• Steering rollouts of global antitrust initiatives
• Developing and providing antitrust trainings
• Taking an active role in drafting and rolling out other mitigation measures such as internal controls and monitoring
• Taking an active role in responding to third party external audits of the company's antitrust compliance program

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Law or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in antitrust law/compliance in an international company, law firm or auditing firm
• Very good handling of Microsoft Office software
• Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken), German and other language skills (written and spoken) preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a strong team player mentality
• Strong intercultural competence
• Independent working style
