Job summary

AUMOVIO seeks a Senior Business Partner Risk Management & Internal Control System (m/f/d) to lead the Risk Management System and Internal Control System in Frankfurt, driving compliance and governance across the organization.

You will lead risk assessments, design controls, and collaborate with global teams to embed risk considerations into business decisions while keeping pace with industry and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in business administration or related field.
• Several years of professional experience in risk management, internal control and/or internal/external audit - ideally in an industrial environment (preferably automotive).
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA, CRMA) are a plus.
• Solid understanding of corporate governance principles and frameworks for risk management and internal control (e.g., COSO).
• Strong end-to-end business process understanding within a multinational industrial manufacturer.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (international, as required).

Responsibilities

• Further develop and implement risk management processes and internal control frameworks for defined areas within AUMOVIO, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Leading risk assessments, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and proposing mitigation strategies for end-to-end business processes.
• Monitor and report on risk management and internal control activities, including their adequacy and effectiveness.
• Providing expert advice and guidance on risk management and internal control matters to stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance risk awareness and promote a strong risk management culture.
• Assisting management in integrating risk management and internal control considerations into business decision-making processes.
• Develop and deliver training on risk management and internal control topics to enhance awareness and understanding among relevant stakeholders.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to address potential impacts.

We are seeking a Senior Business Partner Risk Management & Internal Control System (m/f/d) to join AUMOVIO in Frankfurt, Germany. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and continuously improve our Risk Management System (RMS) and Internal Control System (ICS), helping the organization achieve its strategic objectives and meet regulatory requirements.
