Responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting up and commissioning production equipment, including welding robots, fixtures, and other machine parts
• Ensure that equipment is set up according to production requirements and safety standards
• Guide and support shift personnel
• Operate and monitor the entire production line, including welding robots
• Conduct regular functional tests and quality checks during production
• Ensure equipment performance meets production targets
• Take corrective actions in case of deviations and malfunctions to achieve production goals
• Implement optimizations
• Shift handover

Preferred qualifications:

• Completed technical training, ideally as a welder, industrial mechanic, or similar
• Several years of experience as a machine operator, preferably in a welding operation
• Solid knowledge of operating welding robots and other automated production equipment
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in shift operations
• High sense of responsibility, reliability, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
