Who is the company and what’s the context?

Our client is a well-established consulting firm specialising in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and business planning solutions. As a key partner for Anaplan in the DACH region, they deliver tailored planning and modelling solutions to a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients. With consistent project demand and long-term growth plans, they are now seeking a full-time Anaplan Solution Architect to strengthen their delivery team.

What will I be doing?

You will take ownership of the technical and functional design of Anaplan solutions for clients across sectors such as manufacturing, retail, finance, and life sciences. Your role will include:

• Leading solution architecture and end-to-end Anaplan implementations
• Working closely with clients to capture business requirements and translate them into effective models
• Guiding and mentoring model builders and junior consultants
• Supporting the pre-sales process with technical expertise and best practices
• Acting as a subject matter expert on planning processes and Anaplan platform capabilities

What kind of skills and background will I need to have?

• 3+ years of Anaplan project experience, ideally with Solution Architect certification
• A solid track record of designing scalable, maintainable models
• Experience in one or more planning domains: FP&A, S&OP, workforce, or sales performance
• Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing skills
• German language skills are a strong advantage; fluent English is required
