Qualifikationen

• Starke SQL-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Data Warehousing, vorzugsweise Redshift.
• Praktische Expertise in DBT, Datenmodellierung und ELT-Entwicklung mit SQL und Python.

Are you ready to join us?

Your Tasks

1. Design and maintain scalable data models in DBT and Redshift to support financial and business reporting.
2. Develop and optimize ELT pipelines for integrating SAP and other data sources.
3. Translate business requirements from Finance and other stakeholders into actionable data solutions.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Data, and Tech teams to ensure consistent data understanding and usage.
5. Support data onboarding, tooling configuration, and cloud resource provisioning.

Your Profile

1. Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing (preferably Redshift).
2. Hands-on expertise in DBT, data modeling, and ELT development using SQL and Python.
3. Familiarity with SAP systems and financial reporting processes.
4. Understanding of CI/CD practices and data workflow automation (e.g., GitHub Actions).
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English; German is a plus.
6. Analytical mindset with a commitment to quality and continuous learning.
