The Role
Are you passionate about people analytics, HR reporting, and data-driven solutions? LucaNet is looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our Data team. The role involves working primarily with SQL, PowerBI/Tableau/Excel, supporting activities like ad-hoc reporting, integrations, annual reporting, investor and ESG reporting, automation, and data visualization. The person in this role will leverage their process-oriented approach to develop sustainable practices and ensure accurate, actionable data for the business.
What you'll do
- Own and drive data quality management programs for all teams & departments within the People, Organization & Legal functions.
- Support leaders in developing, assessing, refining, and implementing HR strategies through effective data analytics.
- Provide data analysis services and training for departmental end-users.
- Create and present ad-hoc reports, data models, and deep dive analyses to inform decision-making.
- Support analytical tasks and projects across departments.
- Assist in creating policies for data access, analysis, and visualization, collaborating with IT and Data teams.
What you bring to the table
- Experience in data modeling, optimization, and applying data to business strategies.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Knowledge of Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt, Cloud AWS, Tableau, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
- Experience in integrating complex processes and designing strategic metrics.
- Expertise in MS Excel and experience with PowerBI or Tableau.
- Fluent English; German is an advantage.
