A leading company in payment technology seeks a senior role in Money Movement Solutions, focusing on client engagement and product management in Europe. The position involves strategic development of payment solutions, requiring expertise in banking systems, strong analytical skills, and teamwork capabilities. Visa's Money Movement Solutions (MMS) team designs and manages products for moving money via Visa's networks, including Visa Direct, Currency Cloud, and B2B Connect. These products serve banks, fintechs, remitters, marketplaces, and other organizations, supporting collections, multi-currency accounts, and disbursements, including cross-border transactions and P2P payments.
This senior client-facing role involves engaging with banks, acquirers, PSPs, processors, and merchants to drive MMS revenue. You will develop and execute real-time payment solutions, focusing on expanding Visa's offerings in Europe. The role requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, leadership, and a deep understanding of payments and banking systems, with a focus on influencing and executing the Payouts strategy.
Key responsibilities include supporting client reports and automation, engaging European issuers, managing performance issues, designing implementation plans, defining product metrics, providing second-level client support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support deployments.
• BA or relevant degree, or equivalent experience
• Experience in an analyst role; banking/issuer experience is a plus
• Knowledge of European payment schemes (ACH, RTP, SWIFT, Cards)
• Understanding of card portfolio performance, data analytics, and P&L management
• Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels
