Pricing Optimization: Review price trackers and propose enhancements to improve pricing tracking and decision-making capabilities. Participate in larger tenders according to pricing strategy.
Business Case Simulations: Conduct simulations on various business cases to support contract negotiations and optimize decision-making processes.
Analysis and Recommendations: Prepare detailed analysis for the sales team on profitability and sales performance, including monthly price-volume-mix analysis. Offer recommendations for improvement based on identified drivers.
