To support our Frankfurt team, we are currently looking for a full-time M&A/Corporate Finance Analyst (m/f/x) with immediate effect or by start-of-date arrangement.

As an Analyst and part of a project/transaction team, your main responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and analyse financial information
• Develop financial models and perform valuation analyses
• Support senior team members in live-transactions
• Prepare market & competitive analyses and industry screenings for the identification of potential acquisition targets or buyers/investors
• Support in the drafting of pitch books, teasers, information memorandums, company and management presentations and other marketing- and transaction-related documents
• Conduct company and market research

Your skill set:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or economics with outstanding academic results (achievement of at least a 2:1 or equivalent degree)
• Relevant coursework in accounting and finance
• Prior investment banking experience
• Business-fluent in both German and English
• Highly proficient in MS Office
• Strong analytical capabilities paired with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Very good understanding of customary valuation methodologies and their application
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
• Superior attention to detail, strong work ethic, demonstrated ability to work independently in a highly dynamic environment and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
