What You'll Do

1. Work on sell- and buy-side mandates with exposure to various industries
2. Involvement in all steps of the M&A process, ranging from financial analysis and modelling, to negotiations, marketing, and legal processes
3. Work with different client groups, such as entrepreneurs, private equity firms, and corporates
4. Conduct company and industry research
5. Prepare financial and valuation analyses

About You

1. Excellent educational background with a strong degree
2. Relevant internships or work experience within Investment Banking, elite M&A boutiques, Management Consultancy, or other advisory roles, or other experiences demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work in a high-focused team environment
3. Fluent in German and English
4. Great interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with a self-starter mentality and the ability to get things done
5. Experience in financial modelling with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and strong collaborative skills
