What You'll Do

1. Work on sell- and buy-side mandates with exposure to various industries.
2. Participate in all steps of the M&A process, including financial analysis, modelling, negotiations, marketing, and legal processes.
3. Collaborate with different client groups, such as entrepreneurs, private equity firms, and corporates.
4. Conduct company and industry research.
5. Prepare financial and valuation analyses.

About You

1. Excellent educational background with a strong degree.
2. Relevant internships or work experience within Investment Banking, elite M&A boutiques, Management Consultancy, or other advisory roles, or demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a high-focused team environment.
3. Fluent in German and English.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written), with a self-starter mentality and the ability to get things done.
5. Experience in financial modelling, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and strong collaboration skills.
