What you'll do

• Work on sell- and buy-side mandates with exposure to various industries
• Involvement in all steps of the M&A process, ranging from financial analysis and modelling, negotiations, marketing, and legal processes
• Work with different client groups, such as entrepreneurs, private equity firms, and corporates
• Conduct company and industry research
• Prepare financial and valuation analyses
• Possess an excellent educational background with a strong degree
• Preferably have relevant internships or work experience within Investment Banking, elite M&A boutiques, Management Consulting, or other advisory roles, or other work experiences demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work in a highly focused team environment
• Be fluent in German and English
• Have great interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with a self-starter mentality and the ability to get things done
• Experience in financial modelling with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and strong skills in collaborative situations
