Duties and Responsibilities

• Processing of loans for corporate customers and financial institutions
• Making sure that transactions and tasks are executed in timely and error free manner
• Handling customer complaints and requests
• Maintenance of OHB and workflows
• Preparation of balance confirmations
• Monitoring loan confirmations
• Management and custody of collaterals
• Handling of audit inquiries

Profile and Requirements

• Preferably: Apprenticeship as a bank clerk
• Acceptable: Apprenticeship in another commercial area, if combined with relevant excellent work expertise and experience in a bank
• Confident handling of MS Office products
• Accuracy and precise operative skills are required
• Solution and customer oriented team player with an independent approach to work
• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
