We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Analyst / Consultant. In this position, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute towards a sustainable future by driving change processes in the pulp and paper and adjacent industries within our Bioindustry ODT team.
Your responsibilities
- Diagnose, redesign, and implement operational excellence initiatives within the pulp and paper and related industries as part of a motivated international consulting team.
- Develop and conduct workshops to identify efficiency gaps and redefine core processes.
- Collaborate with clients to formulate transformation strategies based on data and insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across production, supply chain, and maintenance, and develop innovative solutions.
- Engage with complex process models, requiring an aptitude for IT and digital solutions.
- Support organizational transformation through change management, working closely with clients and their employees.
Your profile
- University degree in business, economics, paper technology, or engineering.
- Experience in the pulp and paper or related industries through work or internships.
- Interest and experience in designing operating models, organizational, and process design from a consulting perspective.
- Strong analytical, quantitative skills, and affinity for IT and digital solutions.
- Fluency in German and English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client sites.
- Enthusiasm for diverse challenges and effective teamwork.
