You as part of tonies:

As the Financial Analyst CFO Office, you will work in the team supporting the CFO of tonies. You will provide critical insights and analysis to support the Chief Financial Officer in making informed business decisions. This includes drafting presentation materials for senior stakeholders and supporting top priority projects. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive professional with a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

1. You are a member of the CFO Office, reporting to the Director CFO Office & Performance Management, supporting daily business activities such as ad-hoc requests, proposal reviews, and meeting preparations.
2. You will assist in developing and implementing the long-term strategic Finance roadmap.
3. You will support special projects and initiatives as requested by the CFO, including business performance analysis, investment opportunities, potential M&A, and other strategic initiatives.
4. You are responsible for conducting detailed financial analyses (e.g., variance, trends, market research) and financial modeling to evaluate projects.
5. You will track key financial metrics and performance indicators, providing regular updates to the CFO.
6. You will lead selected high-profile projects and initiatives.
7. You will support the preparation for governance and external meetings such as Supervisory Board and Audit Committee meetings.
8. You will prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for the CFO and finance leadership team.
9. You might support the overall Finance team in urgent or time-sensitive situations, such as earnings materials and financial statements.

What we are looking for:

1. You are passionate about Finance and eager to learn how to steer the Finance function and key projects in a fast-paced, publicly listed company.
2. You have strong analytical and quantitative skills, demonstrated thought leadership, and experience in high-profile projects.
3. You excel at synthesizing insights from multiple sources into actionable recommendations.
4. You are proficient in financial modeling (e.g., business cases, DCF), analysis, and forecasting with high accuracy.
5. You can produce high-quality presentations and reports with concise, top-down communication.
6. You demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and can work effectively with top management.
7. You have excellent knowledge of financial tools and applications (e.g., Excel, Jedox, Tableau).
8. You have 2-3 years of experience in corporate finance, top-tier consulting, or similar roles with a finance focus.
9. You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field. Certifications like CFA or CPA are highly preferred.
10. An understanding of accounting and reporting principles, with experience in a publicly listed company, is a plus but not mandatory.
