• turn raw data into automated, user-friendly dashboards that people actually want to use—enabling fast, information based decisions
• build and maintain a scalable SQL-based database to support Ruby’s commercial performance and reporting
• integrate, clean, and structure data from multiple sources into a reliable and consistent foundation
• create self-service tools and reports that reduce manual effort and scale efficiently with the business
• ensure data quality, accuracy, and transparency across all commercial systems and outputs
• define KPIs and document reporting logic to align teams and foster clarity
• collaborate with external partners to further develop Ruby’s business intelligence capabilities

We've Been Waiting For You, Since You Have/are

• around three years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, ideally within hospitality or revenue management
• strong skills in preparing, analyzing, and translating data into actionable insights
• proven experience building and maintaining SQL databases and working with Power BI or similar BI tools
• highly organized with a confident, communicative approach, even in critical situations
• analytical, methodical, and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to quality and process improvement
• business-savvy and solution-focused, with a creative mindset and a drive to add value across teams
• business fluent in English (C1–C2), German is a plus
• Bonus points for experience with Python, MS Power Apps, or international work experience
