We are looking for you — with keen perception, enthusiasm for the fund market, and private markets — to join our team in Europe. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a friendly, open-minded, and culturally diverse team within an international company with over 20 years of proven success.

To expand our alternative investments team, we seek a highly motivated Analyst with strong analytical, quantitative skills, and knowledge of private markets. The successful candidate will help develop new products and support our current portfolio. This role combines quantitative and qualitative analysis, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to market and regulatory trends.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Lead digitalization projects to automate processes.
2. Develop as an analyst within the Alternative Investments Team, focusing on private markets.
3. Perform due diligence on Private Market funds (Private Equity, Private Debt, Infrastructure).
4. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of private market investments.
5. Monitor existing ratings and take responsibility for the process.
6. Prepare for and participate in rating committees.
7. Assist senior analysts with research, including analyzing market developments in alternative investments.
8. Provide administrative support to lead analysts and the head of Alternative Investments.
9. Require 1-3 years of experience in finance or a related field.
10. Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, mathematics, statistics, economics, or equivalent.
11. Possess a solid understanding of alternative investments/private markets with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
12. Have experience in research writing, with strong communication skills.
13. Ability to identify key analysis factors and exercise critical judgment.
14. Be a multicultural, collaborative, inquisitive, and detail-oriented self-starter.
15. Be dynamic and able to work under supervision.
16. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
17. Have strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and programming abilities.
18. Fluency in at least one major European language (English and/or French preferred) in addition to German.
