Advantest is seeking an Analog & Power Electronics Design Engineer in Germany to contribute across all design phases—from specification to testing. You will model, simulate, and verify circuits, collaborating with a seasoned hardware team to deliver robust instrumentation solutions.

We value hands-on experience in analog/power hardware design, strong measurement and power modeling know-how, and excellent communication in English and German.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Analog & Power hardware design.
• Good knowledge of measurement and verification techniques.
• Know-how and background in power modeling.
• Knowledge in Data Analysis.
• Technical communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English and German.

Responsabilités

• Engage in all phases of instrument design, including specification, modeling, implementation, verification and testing of specific electronic circuits.
• Collaborate with experienced hardware design team to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Model and simulate key specifications to mitigate design risk.
• Make trade-offs for design parameters like performance vs. efficiency.
• Lead design reviews and ensure adherence to project timelines.
