Analog IC Design Engineer - Munich

This is a chance for a Senior Analog IC Designer to join a global semiconductor company based in Munich to work on the design of ultra-high-speed Analog/Mixed-Signal ICs for optical communication systems, including ADCs/data converters, drivers, TIAs, and clocking.

Responsibilities:

  1. System or block-level specification breakdown, design constraints, and testing solutions for different circuit blocks or modules.
  2. Collaborate with the fabrication process engineering team to improve device performance and ensure IC quality, reliability, and yield.

Requirements:

  • Industry degree qualified with experience in Analog IC Design, ideally high-speed or High Frequency/RF IC Design.
  • Strong circuit design experience in advanced CMOS, BiCMOS, SiGe, GaAs, or HBT processes. Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes including SiGe BiCMOS, CMOS, and compound HBTs is highly desired.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to show initiative.
