Job Opportunity: Analog IC Designer in Dresden

Join a startup in the scenic and historical city of Dresden! We are looking for an Analog IC Designer with industry experience to work on emerging NVM memory devices. Preference will be given to candidates experienced in DRAM, DDR, or interfaces 4 or 5.

You will be a valued member of a small design team with great visibility and fast career development. The company is developing its first product and has ambitious growth plans. The salary package reflects the cost of living in Dresden and includes a bonus. One month of initial accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the design team in defining specifications and integrating designed blocks into memory.
  2. Design analog circuits for NVM memories, including sense amps, decoders, bandgap references, HV regulators, ADCs, LDOs, charge pumps, etc.
  3. Perform PVT circuit verification, including parasitic extraction.
  4. Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure block robustness and area optimization.
  5. Perform post-silicon verification.
Your Profile:
  • Master’s Degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Industry experience in analog/mixed-signal CMOS IC design, particularly in ADCs or DRAM, DDR interfaces.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard design and simulation tools such as Cadence DFII, Virtuoso, Spice simulators, Verilog-A.
  • Good knowledge of CMOS technology.
