• Partner cross‑functionally with systems, applications, validation, test, and product engineering teams
• Drive talent pipeline, hiring and team capability building
• Collaborate, share and adopt knowledge and best practices with world‑wide peers in various disciplines
• Own end-to-end execution of multiple analog and mixed-signal IC programs from specification through production release
• Develop and manage detailed design, verification and layout plans, resource allocations, and tape‑out schedules
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical and schedule risks
• Drive accountability to milestones and maintain a consistent track record of on‑time tape‑outs and product releases
• Clearly communicate program status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve execution efficiency and reduce development cycle time
