Responsibilities:
  1. Managing markets to achieve volume and revenue targets for the Mercedes-AMG, Maybach, and G-Class brands, identifying growth potential (as part of strategic, operational, and monthly sales planning)
  2. Managing cross-functional and cross-brand projects and implementing strategies with the involvement of the relevant committees
  3. Conducting market and segment analyses based on competitor registration data, including managing list price, discount, and transaction price analyses in the market to complement competitor analyses
  4. Agreeing on product-related measures/response plans with the market to maintain or increase market share, including evaluating and assessing digital sales KPIs
  5. Developing suitable measures to optimize the marketing and product mix for the Mercedes-AMG, Maybach, and G-Class brands
We expect from you:
  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree program
  • Practical experience in automotive sales
  • Ability to think strategically and holistically
  • High comprehension skills, structured working methods, personal responsibility, communication skills, and strong teamwork skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills
  • Strong interest in sports and luxury cars and their marketing

Notes:

  • Start: July 2025 or later
  • Duration: 2 years
