Responsibilities:

  1. Managing markets to achieve volume and revenue targets for the Mercedes-AMG, Maybach, and G-Class brands, including identifying growth potential through strategic, operational, and monthly sales planning.
  2. Managing cross-functional and cross-brand projects and implementing strategies with relevant committees.
  3. Conducting market and segment analyses based on competitor registration data, managing list price, discount, and transaction price analyses to complement competitor analyses.
  4. Agreeing on product-related measures and response plans with the market to maintain or increase market share, including evaluating digital sales KPIs.
  5. Developing measures to optimize marketing and product mix for the Mercedes-AMG, Maybach, and G-Class brands.

What we expect from you:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Practical experience in automotive sales.
  • Strategic and holistic thinking skills.
  • Strong comprehension, structured working methods, personal responsibility, communication skills, and teamwork.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Strong interest in sports and luxury cars and their marketing.

Notes:

  • Start: July 2025 or later.
  • Duration: 2 years.
