What Tasks Await You:

1. Support and take over independent work packages in the organization, preparation, and follow-up of (management) committees and appointments with a focus on development.
2. Assist in the timely preparation of documents and presentations in collaboration with relevant departments in development.
3. Significantly support the optimization and further development of action tracking processes and methods.
4. Independently process and coordinate cross-development topics and projects.
5. Support management in managing the fleet and vehicle requests.

What We Expect From You:

• Completed bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, economics, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• Quick comprehension, structured, solution- and goal-oriented working style, and a high level of commitment.
• Team spirit and enjoyment of personal responsibility; reliability and a confident demeanor with internal and external business partners.
• Good process understanding, quick comprehension, communication, cooperation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills and proficiency in MS Office applications (OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Start: September 2025 or later
• Duration: 2 years
