We are looking for a: Ambulatory/Outpatient Workflow Project Manager

We seek a highly motivated and organized individual to join as an Ambulatory Workflow Project Manager. This role is vital as outpatient care becomes more prominent, focusing on improving workflows via our electronic medical record system, ORBIS. You will enhance outpatient and inpatient workflows to align with current healthcare trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate product teams within our healthcare software development unit to ensure timely delivery related to ambulatory/outpatient workflows.
  2. Work closely with the Program Manager for the ORBIS U Transition & Strategy to align project goals with organizational objectives.
  3. Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met within deadlines.
  4. Identify risks and issues impacting project delivery and develop mitigation strategies.
  5. Address project challenges proactively and escalate issues when necessary.
  6. Facilitate communication among teams and stakeholders for seamless workflow integration and issue resolution.
  7. Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and improvements.
  8. Provide regular progress updates and status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance ambulatory workflows within ORBIS.
  10. Serve as the primary contact for project inquiries and updates.
  11. Facilitate meetings and communications to foster collaboration and resolve issues.
  12. Communicate project status, risks, and milestones effectively to all parties.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in project coordination or product management, preferably in healthcare software development.
  • Strong understanding of ambulatory/outpatient workflow processes and challenges.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with ambulatory workflows, electronic medical record systems, especially ORBIS, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira.

Position to fill ASAP in Germany (preferred) and France.
