Dedalus is a leading provider of innovative healthcare software solutions dedicated to optimizing ambulatory/outpatient workflow efficiency. We specialize in developing cutting-edge technology to streamline processes and enhance patient care in outpatient settings.

We are looking for a Ambulatory/Outpatient Workflow Project Manager.

We seek a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team. As outpatient care becomes more prominent, we are redefining workflows to better serve our customers through our electronic medical record system, ORBIS. This role is key to improving outpatient and inpatient workflows in line with current healthcare trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate product teams within our healthcare software development unit to ensure timely delivery of ambulatory/outpatient workflow products.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager for the ORBIS U Transition & Strategy to align project goals with organizational objectives.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Address challenges proactively and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Facilitate communication among teams and stakeholders for seamless workflow integration.
  • Conduct post-project reviews for lessons learned and improvements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status and risks.
  • Implement process improvements for ambulatory workflows within the ORBIS system.
  • Serve as the main contact for project inquiries and updates.
  • Organize meetings and communication to foster collaboration.
  • Report project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project coordination or product management, preferably in healthcare software development.
  • Strong understanding of ambulatory/outpatient workflows and challenges.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with ambulatory workflows, electronic medical records, especially ORBIS, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira.

Position available ASAP in Germany (preferred) and France.
