Autonomous Procurement - Data Engineer

1. Join your product team to further develop our application that automates the assignment of transport to logistic partners.
2. Handle the development and maintenance of an advanced middle layer and data pipeline optimized for analytics and BI in our AWS RDS-hosted PostgreSQL environment.
3. Own and maintain our BI environment, ensuring data governance and quality standards for data integrity and security.
4. Build and manage database schemas aligned with analytics and BI requirements.
5. Facilitate efficient usage of Amazon QuickSight for analytics and BI with a focus on automation.
6. Collaborate with solution consultants and product management to design and implement QuickSight analyses and dashboards that provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in data engineering, particularly with Amazon QuickSight for analytics and BI solutions.
• Expertise in managing and optimizing PostgreSQL databases within AWS RDS.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Python for automation.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building data pipelines and schemas for BI and analytics.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of data governance, security practices, and compliance standards.
