Your Qualification

Education:

  • Completed training in e-commerce or a degree in e-commerce, marketing, or business development

Experience:

  • At least three years of experience working with Amazon, ideally with a hybrid 1P/3P business model
  • Experience in scaling international companies within matrix organizations
  • In-depth experience in managing e-commerce processes focused on Amazon
  • Project experience, especially in scaling and strategic optimization of sales channels

Professional knowledge:

  • Knowledge of system architectures (SAP, APIs, middleware)
  • Deep understanding of B2B retail and D2C sales processes
  • Knowledge of Amazon operations, including fulfillment, pricing, data maintenance, and listing processes
  • Fluent in German and English

Soft skills:

  • Self-organized, structured, and analytical working style
  • Enjoy working with teams and external partners
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Flexibility and problem-solving abilities in changing environments

Your Tasks

Daily operations:

  • Managing 1P and 3P (FBM+FBA) Amazon businesses internationally
  • Supporting smooth order processing with relevant interfaces
  • Monitoring KPIs and SLAs to enhance account performance (e.g., PCOGS, confirmation rates, forecasts, net PPM, ROAS, ODRs)
  • Order processing, problem-solving, and operational optimization

Data, analysis, and forecasting:

  • Analyzing current and historical data to assess opportunities and develop action plans
  • Considering price and advertising elasticity impacts on planning
  • Planning sales promotions and managing product availability
  • Creating monthly volume forecasts and annual development reports

Content and Advertising:

  • Maintaining master data and managing listing processes, including variants
  • Launching new products across markets and optimizing PDP/store content and SEO data
  • Ensuring compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory standards
  • Supporting and scaling projects on international sales channels, especially Amazon
