About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Amazon Listing and Flat File Expert who can take full ownership of catalog accuracy, troubleshoot listing issues, and resolve them swiftly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and has extensive hands-on experience with Amazon flat files and Seller Central backend tools.

This is a Full-Time remote role.

We are looking for an Amazon Listing and Flat File Expert, specifically with these requirements:

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (close to perfect or native-level).
• 3+ years of experience managing Amazon listings in Seller Central.
• Proven expertise with flat files for creating, updating, and troubleshooting listings (bulk uploads, parent/child variations, A+ content).
• Strong Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated success in resolving suppressed, stranded, or miscategorized listings fast.
• Ability to communicate with Amazon Seller Support effectively and escalate issues as needed.
• Great organizational and time management skills.
• Self-starter with strong ownership, execution skills, and ability to work independently.
• Analytical mindset with a drive for accuracy and results.
• Experience monitoring and resolving backend catalog issues (e.g., attribute errors, policy violations, hijackers).

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

• Create, update, and manage product listings via flat files, including bulk uploads and advanced variations.
• Troubleshoot and fix suppressed, stranded, or incorrectly categorized listings.
• Manage backend attributes, optimize listing accuracy, and ensure consistency across marketplaces.
• Monitor listings for errors, hijackers, or policy violations and act swiftly.
• Work directly with Amazon Seller Support to resolve catalog issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate catalog data and audit regularly to prevent errors.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product content and technical listings.
• Investigate catalog bugs or backend system issues and resolve them efficiently..
