A Japanese consumer goods company is seeking an Amazon Account Coordinator(m/w/d) to support its business expansion. Experienced candidates are welcome, but we place strong emphasis on candidates who are motivated, have problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn, even if they are inexperienced.

  • Optimize and manage Amazon product listings by ensuring accurate product information, engaging content, high-quality images, and competitive pricing to maximize conversion rates.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring Amazon advertising campaigns (such as Sponsored Products), analyzing performance data to enhance return on investment.
  • Provide prompt and professional customer support by responding to inquiries, messages, and reviews on the Amazon platform to maintain and strengthen brand reputation.
  • Support sales tracking and reporting by analyzing Amazon sales data, product performance, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, including logistics and marketing, to ensure accurate product availability, promotional activities, and inventory updates are reflected on Amazon.
  • Facilitate order fulfillment processes by assisting with FBA/FBM order management, shipment coordination, and tracking shipping data, as well as supporting related expense reporting.

  • Interest in or prior experience with Amazon Seller Central or eCommerce platforms.
  • Skill in Adobe Photoshop or similar graphic design tools for creating compelling visuals and infographics.
  • Business-level German and English proficiency.
  • Conversational-level Japanese proficiency is a plus.
