Akindra Talents (member of the Belgian Brainbridge Group) is a Romania-based IT workforce company providing flexible (IT) Staffing solutions and support to global customers. At Akindra Talents (based in the heart of Transylvania, Romania), we focus on connecting talents to our customers all over Europe. We build and manage remote (operational) support and development teams and offer support to our (freelance) collaborators during their journey.

We are currently looking for an experienced Allegro Developer to support our client in the energy trading sector. The role involves backend development and customization of the Allegro Horizon platform, as well as building .NET-based applications supporting front-to-back trading operations. Collaboration with traders, analysts, and IT teams is key.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Allegro Horizon extensions and configurations
• Build scalable .NET Core microservices for trading and risk management
• Support trade lifecycle processes, including capture, risk reporting, and settlements
• Troubleshoot performance and integration issues in Allegro
• Create and maintain SQL queries, procedures, and reporting tools
• Collaborate with business users and ensure compliance with DevOps best practices
• Participate in architectural discussions and system improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core)
• Background in Allegro Horizon or other ETRM platforms
• Proficiency in Azure services, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong SQL skills (T-SQL or PL/SQL) and reporting tools (SSRS, Crystal Reports)
• Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and REST APIs
• Good understanding of the energy trading lifecycle
• English fluency (German is a plus)
