Vista GmbH, based at Baden-Baden, is recruiting unlicensed aircraft maintenance engineers for a Monday–Friday, permanent role.

Candidates will contribute to line and base maintenance, ensuring safety, reliability and compliance across the fleet while gaining hands-on experience in a global aviation environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed Civil Aviation Apprenticeship or equivalent training.
• Basic knowledge of EASA/CAA and HSE legislation.
• Basic IT knowledge.
• Able to work independently and suggest improvements.
• Eligible to work in Europe without restriction.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Eligible for an airside pass.
• Motivated team player with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Perform aircraft maintenance tasks per maintenance data provided.
• Work on airframe, structure and engine components.
• Check system functionality and replace faulty components.
• Troubleshoot and initiate corrective actions.
• Document all steps per airworthiness and current regulations.
• Be available for AOG support and travel as needed.
• Ensure calibrated tools are stored, labeled and recorded.
• Maintain shop floor cleanliness and safety standards.

Vista Aircraft Maintenance (VAM)

Vista Aircraft Maintenance provides both line and base maintenance for the fleet. The team ensuresaircraftsafety, reliability, and availability through rigorous standards, proactive maintenance, and a global network of facilities.

Working across different specialties, VAM preparesaircraftfor every flight with a focus on precision, quality, and compliance. Bymaintainingthe highest standards in both safety and attention to detail, the team plays a critical role in ensuring consistent fleet performance and a seamless client experience.

Due to continued growth, we are now recruiting for unlicenced engineers at our Baden Baden base. This position is a Monday - Friday, permanent position.

Your Responsibilities

• Support line managers by performing aircraft maintenance tasks in line with the aircraft maintenance data provided
• Work on components and systems of airframe, structure and engines
• Checking the functionality of all systems as well as replacing defect components
• Perform t roubleshooting and initiate required corrective actions
• Prepare, execute, follow-up and document all work steps carried out in compliance with airworthiness and current air law regulations and requirements
• Being ready for AOG support and willing to travel abroad
• Ensure all calibrated equipment and tooling is correctly stored, calibrated, labelled and recorded
• General housekeeping of shop floors to maintain company standards

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• Completed a Civil Aviation Apprenticeship, Armed Forces Aircraft training or Basic Engineering Apprenticeship;
• Basic knowledge of EASA/CAA, HSE legislation;
• Basic IT knowledge;
• Ability to work under own initiative making recommendations for improvements as appropriate;
• Have the right to work in Europe or the United Kingdom without restriction;
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken;
• Must be eligible for an airside pass;
• Be highly motivated, a great team player with a high level of attention to detail.
