Vista Aircraft Maintenance Baden‑Baden is seeking a Wheel Shop Mechanic to manage tyre and rim work for our aircraft fleet. You will oversee stock, perform on-site tyre assemblies, and maintain rims with attention to quality and documentation.

The role requires a technical education in tyre/workshop operations, fluency in German and English, and a hands‑on, reliable, team‑oriented approach. A Class B licence is mandatory.

We are expanding our team and looking for a Wheel Shop Mechanic to join our team at Vista Aircraft Maintenance, Baden‑Baden facility.

Your Responsibilities

• You have an overview of all upcoming & ongoing tyre and rim work as well as the corresponding stock levels
• You carry out the (dis)assembly of aircraft tyres on site
• You take care of service work on the rims such as maintenance, repair or paint work
• You ensure high quality through complete documentation of all work and extensive quality controls
• You take care of the tools and test equipment required for your work and keep everything in good condition
• You store and retrieve tyres and rims properly
• You will support our team of mechanics with other maintenance and servicing work as required

Required Skills, Qualifications, And Experience

• You are a specialist for everything to do with tyres
• You have a technical education and ideally professional experience in a tyre and wheel workshop
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
• You are flexible and think in a solution‑orientated way
• You are a team player, but can also work independently
• You are physically resilient, careful and reliable
• You have a valid class B driving licence
