Job description

Tasks

• Production and assembly of riveted joints and assemblies according to construction documents and drawings
• Production of components in accordance with applicable aviation standards
• Preparation of the workplace: viewing drawings, setting up components, providing production equipment
• Positioning and fixing of structural components
• Execution and documentation of assembly work
• Application of surface protection, e.g. rivet head cover and sealing of seams
• Work in accordance with aviation quality and safety specifications
  

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, mechatronics technician, or carpenter
• Several years of experience in manufacturing / production and structural assembly
• Confident handling of technical drawings and production instructions
• Proficient German skills (at least B2), basic English skills (at least A2)
• Willingness to work in 2- to 3-shift operations
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
