Job description
Tasks
- Maintenance, repair and modification of CH-53 helicopters and mechanical/dynamic components
- Troubleshooting, fault analysis and correction of technical issues
- Support of flight operations, as required
- Structural repairs and manufacturing/adaptation of components according to drawings
- Assembly work on assemblies and structural components
- Documentation and logging of completed tasks in accordance with internal procedures
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic with a focus on maintenance or equivalent qualification
- Extensive professional experience as a helicopter mechanic, ideally in a military maintenance environment
- Solid knowledge in aerospace maintenance and repair
- Experience with CH-53 G systems and skills in drilling and riveting are an advantage
- German language skills at business fluent level (min. C1), English skills at basic level (min. A2)
- Willingness to work in shifts
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
