We are currently looking for skilled aircraft mechanics for an assignment in Cologne / Germany , working on Embraer aircraft (f / m / d).
Tasks :
General Mechanics (f / m / d) :
- Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul tasks on Embraer aircraft (e.g., E170 / E190 series).
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved maintenance data and safety regulations.
- Report defects and complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Cabin Mechanics (f / m / d) :
- Carry out inspections, repairs, and modifications of aircraft interiors (panels, seats, galleys, lavatories, etc.).
- Perform cabin refurbishment, component replacements, and functional checks.
Licensed Mechanics (CAT A, CAT B1, CAT B2) (f / m / d) :
- Certify maintenance tasks within the scope of license privileges.
- Perform troubleshooting, defect rectification, and functional testing of airframe, engine, and / or avionics systems.
- Supervise and guide unlicensed mechanics and ensure compliance with EASA regulations.
Unlicensed Mechanics (f / m / d) :
- Assist licensed engineers in performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Carry out component replacements, inspections, and routine servicing under supervision.
Qualifications : General :
- Experience with Embraer aircraft preferred (E-Jet series or similar).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong team spirit, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
Cabin Mechanics (f / m / d) :
- Previous experience in cabin maintenance or aircraft interiors is an advantage.
- Knowledge of safety and handling procedures for cabin equipment.
Licensed Mechanics (f / m / d) :
- Valid EASA Part-66 license (CAT A, B1, or B2) with Embraer type rating preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in line and / or base maintenance.
- Up-to-date HF, EWIS, FTS certificates.
Unlicensed Mechanics (f / m / d) :
- Completed technical training (e.g., vocational training in aviation technology or similar).
- Practical experience in aircraft maintenance is desirable.
