Aircraft mechanic / Assembly Technician (m/f/d)

Our international and agile team is searching for a motivated aircraft mechanic / assembly technician (f/m/d) to join our special-projects rocketry team. This is a rare opportunity allowing you to be involved in demanding prototyping efforts in a NewSpace environment. You will work in a dedicated, dynamic and international environment that aims for excellence by creating high-performance engineering solutions while keeping production costs at an absolute minimum. Your Tasks

1. Precise assembly of rocket components
2. Performance of functional tests as well as troubleshooting errors
3. Work in compliance with dimensions and specified parameters
4. Disassembly and assembly of engines and modules up to complete disassembly
5. Support during test setups
6. Documentation of all steps of procedures
7. Checking documentation for completeness

Your Qualifications

1. Completed trade as aircraft mechanic, manufacturing technology, engine technology, maintenance technology or comparable
2. Work experience in the aerospace industry
3. Professional experience in the repair of engines
4. Forklift and crane license is desirable
5. Willingness to travel
6. Fluent English oral and written (all day-to-day activities are performed in English)
7. Independent, systematic, goal-oriented and conscientious way of working
8. Motivation and enthusiasm as well as a high degree of motivation
9. Hands-on mentality and willingness to support other departments
