Job description
Tasks
- Carrying out quality inspections and certifications of components, including preparation of EASA FORM1 and CoC according to Airbus POA regulations
- Processing of customer claims (customer requirements) via SAP and revision update of prototype-to-new documents
- Ensuring proper containment and archiving of documents as well as corrective and remedial actions by responsible functions
- Participation in root cause analyses and investigations of reported quality issues
- Monitoring operational processes, including employees, products and processes
- Participation in process improvements and creation and revision of process documents, work instructions and procedural instructions
- Carrying out internal audits, process monitoring and GoLookSee in the shop floor visit
- Participation in regular internal and cross-site meetings and support of Airbus Spares projects
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, aircraft builder or logistics specialist with at least a master's degree
- Several years of professional experience in aircraft construction, warehouse logistics, aviation mechanics and quality management
- Detailed user knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS Excel, SAP and Google Workspace
- Business fluent in German and proficient in English
- Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts alternating) and on-call duty
- Existing work permit for the EU(not a student visa)
