Job Description:

The AH-64 Aircraft Mechanic AM-2 (FAA A&P or FCC) performs maintenance and inspections on AH-64 systems maintaining FAA standards.

• A valid FAA A&P certificate or FCC License (with Elements 1 and 3) is required for hire.
• Minimum of two (2) years aviation maintenance experience, including two (2) years on the AH-64 MDS, is required.
• US Citizenship is required for NAC-I (T-1) clearance and base access in Germany.
• Must possess a valid US Passport.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and modification on AH-64 aircraft and systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and operational checks.
• Use appropriate tools and interpret technical data accurately.
• Prepare maintenance records and reports.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Five (5) years recent applicable aircraft maintenance experience preferred.
• For those without FAA A&P: must have FCC License (Elements 1 and 3) and three (3) years aviation maintenance experience, including rotary wing experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Government Security Clearance (NAC-I T1) and a US Passport for deployment.

Additional requirements include physical ability to perform the work, adaptability, troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of quality control procedures. Deployment readiness and compliance with country-specific regulations (e.g., TESA approval for Germany) are also necessary.
