Job Responsibilities:

• Track aircraft design evolution related to mass and center of gravity.
• Ensure mass targets and aircraft performance are met.
• Monitor W&B processes, tools, and support internal/external stakeholders.
• Develop and improve weight and balance tools.
• Support aircraft preliminary architecture definitions for new projects.
• Perform weight control during aircraft development.
• Estimate mass properties and perform bottom-up calculations.
• Define/support weight and balance envelope.
• Manage R&O regarding weight and balance.
• Document W&B results for internal and certification purposes.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in Weight and Balance with strong technical knowledge.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Aerospace.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD software such as Siemens NX, CATIA, or SolidWorks.
• Basic understanding of System Engineering and Requirements Engineering.
• Knowledge of aircraft systems, composite, and metallic structures.
