Job summary

Gulp AG in Manching is seeking a Work Planner to design and optimize work plans and maintenance instructions for aerospace production. You will resolve malfunctions, develop technical solutions with engineering, and continuously improve maintenance processes while coordinating with MRO and support teams.

Required are engineering studies (aerospace), 3+ years in aerospace/manufacturing engineering, strong MS Office and SAP OPAL knowledge, and fluent German with good English.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in engineering, aerospace, or comparable qualification (e.g. technician/master craftsman).
• Several years of professional experience in aerospace and manufacturing engineering (min 3 years).
• Solid experience in work planning and technical support.
• Sound knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Independently create work plans and maintenance instructions.
• Develop work plans to resolve malfunctions and complaints to ensure smooth production.
• Develop technical solutions for process and component malfunctions with the engineering department.
• Define and optimize maintenance processes considering technical and economic aspects.
• Coordinate interfaces and exchange expertise with MRO and support departments at the plant.

Job description

Your responsibilities will include: independently creating work plans and maintenance instructions; developing work plans to resolve malfunctions and complaints to ensure smooth production processes; developing technical solutions for process and component malfunctions in close coordination with the responsible engineering department; defining and continuously optimizing maintenance processes, taking into account technical and economic aspects; and coordinating interfaces and exchanging expertise with all MRO and support departments within the plant.

• Completed studies in the field of engineering, aerospace or a comparable qualification (e.g. state-certified technician or master craftsman with sound practical experience in aircraft maintenance)

• Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in aerospace and manufacturing engineering

• Solid practical experience in work planning and technical support

• Sound knowledge of the Tornado weapon system/aircraft type is an advantage.

• Excellent user skills in MS Office and advantageous SAP knowledge (OPAL)

• Fluent German skills and proficient English skills, both spoken and written.

• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking when troubleshooting, and a high level of technical understanding.
