Gulp AG is seeking an Export Control Manager to independently manage licenses under the German Foreign Trade and Payments Act and US export law. You will ensure compliance, document processes, and support audits and inspections across internal controls.

• Several years of proven professional experience in export control in an international environment and in project management.
• Sound expertise in AWG, KrWaffKontrG and US export law (ITAR, EAR).
• Proficient use of IT systems for export processing, especially SAP, GTS and ELAN-K2 portals.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking, resilience, and excellent communication and customer focus.

Export Control Manager. Independent management, monitoring, and operational application of licenses under the German Foreign Trade and Payments Act and US (re-)export law, including complete documentation of all review and administrative processes. Consistent implementation of prescribed procedures such as shipping releases, delivery and transaction stops, as well as preparation for and support of inspections and audits. Review of company and value creation processes for compliance with legal requirements, licenses, and internal service and organizational instructions within the framework of the internal control system. Recording of relevant compliance data, maintenance of control lists, tracking of requirements, quantities, values, and deadlines, and processing of official reporting. Determination, processing, and analysis of export control key performance indicators and ongoing review of compliance with prohibitions, requirements, and permissions. Close professional exchange with technical inspectors regarding export control list recording and support of the internal export control compliance plan. Participation in the implementation of the new SAP GTS system in export control.

• Successfully completed studies in the field of law, industrial engineering, business administration or economics, ideally with a specialization in customs or export control.
