Become Our Key Operations Manager in Cartagena!

We’re looking for a highly responsible, entrepreneurial-minded Manager with strong experience in property management, project coordination, and client service — ideally within the tourism or hospitality industry.

If you're passionate about hospitality and want to be a true partner in a fast-growing business, this is your opportunity!

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Full operational management of our properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and more.
  • Managing global projects in collaboration with EVINTRA, including support for our global CEO
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction to maintain top-tier performance (Superhost, 5-star ratings, etc.).
  • Leading and coordinating the operational team and marketing activities.
  • Tracking finances and ensuring timely invoicing and reporting at the end of each month.
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Driving business development — growing our client base and improving performance.
  • Maintaining all listing channels and implementing revenue-maximizing strategies.
  • Acting as the central figure in the business — someone we trust to run operations, solve problems fast, and ensure results across the board.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in short-term rental management or hotel operations.
  • Hands-on expertise in guest communication, issue resolution, and team leadership.
  • Solid understanding of platforms like Airbnb, Booking, Expedia, etc.
  • A real entrepreneurial spirit — ownership mindset and ability to run a business like it's yours.
  • Fluent English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
  • Highly organized and responsive — available for urgent matters when needed (flexible hours, no fixed shifts).
  • Experience with Office or CRM tools, accounting basics, and digital coordination is a big plus.
  • Based full-time in Cartagena.
