Job Opportunity: Airfreight Forwarding Professional in Munich

We are hiring highly motivated forwarding professionals for our Airfreight branch in Munich!

Responsibilities

• Manage file creation and all related services in freight forwarding
• Monitor and audit files weekly for compliance with estimate input, profit margin settings, and timely invoicing
• Assist clients with daily requests related to export/import documentation to ensure proper execution of transportation files
• Provide clients with complete sailing details to ensure smooth information flow
• Liaise with airlines to procure the best capacity and cost solutions
• Coordinate with DP World internal network and external partner agents
• Collaborate with regional operations colleagues to support workflow management

Requirements

• Experience in freight forwarding supply chain or similar discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the air freight industry
• Strong execution skills to ensure tasks are completed accurately the first time
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Language skills in English and German (minimum Level B2)
