Your Mission

Air charter brokerage is one of the most demanding disciplines in logistics. We are looking for a passionate and commercially driven Cargo Air Charter Broker who already has relevant industry experience and wants to take the next step in their career with us.

Your Role

• Act as the key interface between international clients and airlines.
• Manage diverse and often highly specialised charter enquiries-from aircraft engines to rally cars.
• Source suitable aircraft and capacity, obtain and evaluate quotations, prepare commercial proposals, and coordinate charter operations from enquiry to completion.
• Develop tailored routing and transport solutions for time‑critical, complex and outsize cargo.
• Monitor the global air charter market and apply sound commercial judgement in a dynamic pricing environment.
• Build and develop strong, long‑term relationships with clients, airlines and industry partners.
• Grow your own client portfolio and contribute actively to NEO's commercial success.

What You Bring

• Relevant experience: Professional experience in air charter brokerage is essential, preferably in cargo charter.
• Industry background: Your experience may come from an air charter brokerage, airline, General Sales Agent (GSA), freight forwarding company or logistics provider- as long as commercial cargo air charter activities, ideally brokerage, formed a substantial part of your responsibilities.
• Commercial mindset: You understand the sales process, enjoy developing business and are confident handling commercially sensitive negotiations.
• Personality: You are open‑minded, an excellent communicator and thrive on the pace and energy of sales.
• Team spirit and ownership: You enjoy working as part of a team while also having the drive to take responsibility and deliver results independently.
• Mindset: You are not looking for a routine nine‑to‑five role, but for a career in which every day brings new and exciting missions.
