Digitalchargingsolutions is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to drive the design and scaling of AI solutions. This strategic role will focus on managing AI pilot projects, optimizing processes, and ensuring ROI from AI initiatives. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on AI Transformation Lead (f/d/m) to drive the successful design, implementation, and scaling of AI solutions across the organization. This role will manage pilot projects, optimize processes, ensure value delivery, and foster a culture of AI literacy and cross-functional collaboration.

10+ years of overall business experience, including 5–10 years in data science, AI/ML-driven digital transformation, IT strategy, or innovation management
Track record of delivering impactful AI and data-driven projects, guiding cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and driving successful change management initiatives
Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and practical enterprise use cases
Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks and MLOps frameworks, including Python, SQL, TypeScript, JVM-based environments, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Proficient in project management methodologies like Agile and Scrum, with a focus on execution, efficiency, and iterative delivery
Adept at business process analysis and redesign, enabling seamless integration of AI into workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes
Experienced in evaluating AI platforms and vendors, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements, data privacy (e.g., GDPR), and ethical AI foundations and ability to assess third party solutions
Strategic, visionary, and growth-oriented, able to align AI initiatives with long-term business goals while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning across teams
