Turn industrial challenges into working AI solutions. Build alongside customers across DACH and bring AI into everyday engineering and manufacturing work.
Munich, Germany. The role starts 100% remote, working with customers across Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH), with customer travel up to 10% of your working time.
Our mission is to combine AI, engineering knowledge, and data to help industrial teams solve problems that demand real domain expertise.
Manufacturing is moving back to the centre of global attention. As competition intensifies, industrial companies need technology that creates practical value. We believe AI can make a meaningful difference when it understands the work, the knowledge behind it, and the systems engineers use every day.
We’re building towards a platform where engineers can create their own AI counterparts: assistants shaped by their expertise and connected to their workflows. Our focus is on engineering work, with close ties to the CAD and PLM ecosystem.
We value engineering depth, thoughtful experimentation, and useful results. Your work will help turn that ambition into solutions customers rely on.
As an AI Solutions Engineer, you’ll work directly with customers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You’ll combine hands‑on development with technical customer collaboration to understand workflows, connect systems, and deliver AI applications people can use with confidence.
How do you build AI that can work with an engineering drawing, connect it to product knowledge, and take useful action across enterprise systems? You’ll explore agent architectures, retrieval strategies, and evaluation methods against real industrial problems—and turn what you learn into capabilities other engineers can build on.
Manufacturing or industrial software; engineering workflows and CAD/PLM integrations; Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, Teams, or Microsoft Graph; ERP or MES systems; and experience working directly with enterprise customers.
A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience is welcome. You don’t need experience with every system listed above.
We build AI for engineering, production and quality — with the people who understand the factory floor.
