Job summary

IndiaSellers in Berlin seeks a seasoned engineering leader to coach teams, drive AI-enabled development, and shape technical direction across products. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Product, and maintain high standards while hands-on contributing to features and architectural decisions.

Ideal candidates have strong C#/F# skills, 5+ years in backend or full-stack, and experience building scalable SaaS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional backend or full-stack development.
• Experience building scalable SaaS products.
• Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 APIs is a plus.
• Experience with F#, or strong C# skills and genuine motivation to learn functional programming.

Technical Experience

• 5+ years of professional backend or full-stack development
• Experience building scalable SaaS products
• Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 APIs is a plus
